2How will my copier be delivered?
With locations nationwide, Copier1 gives you fast delivery and installation. While most companies use harsh and often damaging freight transport to deliver copiers, Copier1 hand delivers and installs your machine to almost anywhere in the country, ensuring careful handling and installation by trained Copier1 professionals.
3How long will it take to get my copier?
Our delivery team will arrive, on average, 2-10 business days from the date of order. Metropolitan areas typically deliver faster than more rural locations. Special rush deliveries are available worldwide. Call a Sales Representative for details.
Smaller machines will be delivered via UPS usually arrive within 4 business days.
4Who will provide service for my copier?
The Copier1 Help Desk support team will arrange local, physical, certified maintenance technicians at our discounted prices. We also demand that your technician will not over charge you or provide unnecessary costly repairs, ever. Our customers receive the added benefit of having free access to the Copier1 Nationwide Network of factory trained, authorized, and independent maintenance providers. 5Do I have to pay for Network Installation?
NO! All customers receive free networking through the Copier1 Help Desk during installation- installing copiers is what our people do all day, every day. So your copier will copy, print, scan, and email the way you want- often saving hundreds of dollars in network services.

7Is this a Laser Printer?
Yes! All copiers are laser based and require Toner rather than ink cartridges.

9How much is toner and how long do they last?
Toner prices vary by make and model. They can cost anywhere from $49 to $1000. Toner cartridges are rated for 10,000 to 100,000 depending on your page coverage, machine make/model, etc. Our sales team will be able to give you a better idea if you have a more specific request.
