First we have to open up the “Control Panel” (Not the Windows Settings) You can do this quickly by 1 of the 2 following methods:   Cortana (Works only on Windows 10): Pressing the Cortana Icon next to your start button, you can search for Control Panel and launch it from this popup window. Do note that the Control Panel and the Settings apps are different. You want the “Control Panel”! Using the Run Dialog (Works on ALL versions of Windows): You can access the Run Dialog from either the Start Menu or by pressing the key combination: “Windows Key + R” (The windows key is the flag button between CTRL & ALT. Once the Run Dialog is open, simply type: Control Panel     and press ENTER or click “OK” From here, you will want to find and click “Devices and Printers” Right Click on your device, and click on “Printer Properties” From here, select the “Ports” tab at the top. Click on “Configure Port…” You can now change the IP address of your copier in the box labeled "Printer Name or IP Address:" Press "OK" then "Apply" After a couple of minutes, your computer should reconnect to the copier's new IP Address, and resume functioning as normal.
