  1. Simply schedule an appointment by clicking here.  You will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to log into your Tech Support appointment. Be available for the Copier1 Tech Team to call you at the number you provide at the time of your appointment, or you will need to reschedule.

  2. Before your appointment, click the link below for your computer operating system below.  Once the app is installed, you will receive an access code.

  3. Provide your access code to your Copier1 Remote Technical Support Agents and he/she/they will be able to remotely configure the necessary network settings.

  1. A small, secure app will be downloaded to this computer right now.
    If the download didn't start, click one of the links below to download manually. The links below will take you to the Splashtop web console. There you can create and deploy a customized Streamer for computers that will be managed under your account.   2. Launch the downloaded program.
    It may be in your Downloads folder.
  3. Give the 9-digit number to your IT admin.
When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.
This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
