Toshiba Basic Network Setup

First you'll have have to make sure that your copier is properly connected to your network via Cat5/6/7 Cable to your router/switch/firewall. Once it's connected, you can get the IP Address directly off of the machine by doing the following:
  1. Press the (User Functions) button. (Top Left of Control Panel)
  2. Press the [ADMIN] Tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Press the [PASSWORD] button to bring up the keyboard.
  4. Password is: “123456”
  5. Press the [NETWORK] button.
  6. Press the [IPv4] button.
Once you're on the IPv4 Screen, the IP will be displayed at the top right of the screen. This IP should match your network's subnet range. If the IP Address starts with a "169", it is not properly connected. Make sure that the "DYNAMIC" option on the left hand side is enabled, Press "OK", then "Apply". The network box will gray out for a few minutes, until the copier has pulled an IP from your networking hardware. Once you have a valid IP Address, you can move on to the Driver Installation on your computers.
