Type your Copier's IP Address into any Web Browser to bring up TopAccess. From here you will need to Login at the top right of the page and login with your credentials. Default: admin // 123456 Now click on the "Administration" Tab, then the "Network" Sub-Tab Click on SMTP Client in the list. Now click the "SMTP Client" Button. Here is where you can configure your SMTP Client Settings. Your SMTP Client settings will vary depending on your email provider. The settings in the image below are used for GMail. Please note, that if you are using GMail, you will have to enable Access for Less Secure Applications in order for this to work properly. After your settings are entered, press the "OK" button, followed by the "Save" button at the top of the list page. Now click on the "EMail" Sub-Tab. Here you will again need to enter your email address, as well as the From Name. The Default Body string, is used if you want to inform the recipient to not reply, or alert them that the message is automated, etc. Press the "Save" Button. Now from the copier you'll be able to select Scan -> To Email -> and send it to anyone stored in your address book, or manually enter an email address to send to!
