Copier1 Platinum is a monthly maintenance plan for an office copier you own. It starts from $99 per month with 3,500 black-and-white and 500 color pages included. Copier1 Service Net is our support and service coordination for eligible equipment, with or without a plan. Coverage, overage and exclusions are confirmed in writing before any agreement starts.
A copier maintenance plan is a monthly agreement that bundles routine service, eligible supplies and covered repairs for a set page volume, so the running cost of a machine you own is predictable. You keep ownership of the copier; the plan covers looking after it.
It is separate from the equipment warranty. Copier1's Warranty & Purchase Agreement covers parts and labor for the first 30 days from delivery and major components for 5 years. After the first 30 days, labor is available through a maintenance plan or per incident. A Platinum plan is one way to cover it.
Two ways we’re there for you
Support doesn’t end when the copier arrives
A low equipment price is only the start. Keep control of long-term costs and have a clear path to professional help when your office needs it.
Predictable costs
Copier1 Platinum Plan
For businesses that want an affordable, budgetable way to maintain their copier. An eligible Platinum agreement can combine supplies, covered parts and service, remote help and monthly print allowances.
Plan chosen around your monthly print volume
Supplies and maintenance as listed in your agreement
Your route to professional copier assistance when a call, troubleshooting session, replacement component or onsite visit is needed. Service Net coordinates help through Copier1 and available local service providers.
One point of contact to open a support request
Remote troubleshooting when technically feasible
Local technician dispatch coordination where available
Platinum is the starting point, not a ceiling. Pricing, page allowances, response commitments and included services depend on your equipment, location and the final agreement.
Built for professional print shops, high-volume fleets, multiple locations and specialized workflows. We build a proposal around the machines, page mix, service requirements and operational priorities.
The published rate and page allowances are indicative. Additional services, such as fleet reporting, onsite coverage, integrations, workflow consulting, enhanced response targets or dedicated account management, can be evaluated for a custom proposal and are not included unless expressly contracted. Overage charges, scan allowances, exclusions and service coverage are confirmed in writing before any agreement starts.
Beyond standard maintenance
Platinum Pro Services, built around your operation
A print shop or a multi-site business should not have to fit inside a single plan. Copier1 can evaluate custom arrangements for complex print environments and larger operations.
High-volume and mixed fleets
Custom page allowances, color and B&W mix, multiple units and consolidated planning.
Multi-location coordination
A central point of contact for supported locations, service scheduling and issue tracking.
Professional services
Optional installation, network integration, scan workflows, deployment support and user training, scoped per project.
Customized service levels
Coverage windows, preventive-maintenance schedules and response commitments set by site and equipment.
These are potential custom-service elements, not guarantees of standard Platinum coverage. Availability and scope are determined during quotation.

Copier maintenance plan questions
How much does a Copier1 Platinum maintenance plan cost?
Platinum starts from $99 per month and includes 3,500 black-and-white and 500 color pages a month. Copier1 Platinum Pro Services, for print shops and high-volume or multi-location fleets, is quoted individually. Overage charges, exclusions and coverage are confirmed in writing before an agreement starts.
What is Copier1 Service Net?
Service Net is Copier1's support and service coordination. You get one point of contact to open a request, remote troubleshooting when technically feasible, and coordination of a local technician where one is available. It is available for eligible equipment with or without a Platinum agreement.
Do I need a Platinum Plan to get service?
No. Copier1 can assist with service coordination for eligible equipment without a Platinum agreement. Labor, parts, travel and other charges may apply.
Are toner and repairs included in Platinum?
Which supplies and repairs are covered is set out in the written agreement for your plan, subject to your model, exclusions and usage. Paper, excluded consumables and damage are not covered.
How fast will a technician arrive?
Response time depends on your location, machine, issue, technician availability and contract terms. Copier1 confirms any same-day or next-day commitment in writing rather than guaranteeing it nationwide.
Can you maintain a copier purchased elsewhere?
Possibly. Tell us the brand, model, location, age and meter count so we can confirm parts and technician availability before offering coverage.
Is remote setup included?
Yes. Remote setup of scan to email, scan to folder, network settings and print drivers is free for every Copier1 customer. Other remote troubleshooting is covered under your plan terms or quoted before the session starts.
Does a Platinum plan replace my equipment warranty?
No. An equipment warranty covers defined equipment defects or components. Platinum is a separate ongoing maintenance agreement with its own terms, costs and exclusions.
Who is Copier1 Platinum Pro Services for?
Professional print shops, high-volume and mixed fleets, multi-location businesses and specialized workflows. Copier1 builds a proposal around the machines, page mix, service requirements and operational priorities.
How do I get a Platinum quote?
Send the quote form on this page or call (888) 866-2679, Monday to Friday. Have your copier make, model, approximate monthly page volume and service location ready.
Get the right coverage
Request a Platinum quote
Tell us about your copier, your monthly volume and where it is located. We review your model, volume and service location before recommending coverage. A person replies within one business day.
Prices and coverage are subject to written quotation and contract. Service coordination across the United States does not guarantee onsite availability in every ZIP code. A Platinum agreement is a separate maintenance contract and does not replace your equipment warranty.
