    • We deliver copiers directly to your designated shipping address using Copier1 vehicles and personnel, and/or trusted partners. Please note that we do not provide online tracking for our deliveries. REMOTE NETWORK INSTALLATION IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE ONLY WHEN THE LOCATION HAS ACTIVE INTERNET CONNECTION AND WIRELESS OR WIRED ROUTER.
    • NOTE: COMMERCIAL COPIERS TYPICALLY DO NOT INCLUDE INTERNAL WIRELESS CAPABILITY, BUT CAN BE CONNNECTED THROUGH BOTH WIRED AND WIRLESS DEVICES ON WIRED TYPICAL WIRED COMMERCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE.

  2. Communication:

    • We communicate with our customers primarily through email. After your purchase, we will send you email notifications regarding your order confirmation, shipping details, and any updates or changes related to the delivery.

  3. Delivery Timeframe:

    • order cutoff time 11: pm 
    • order processing time 3 to 5 business days ( Mon To Fri) 
    • We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, please understand that unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

  5. Delays and Cancellations:

    • Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to various reasons such as supplier issues, transportation challenges, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding that delays do not entitle you to cancel your order.
    • Cancellations: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in our terms of sale, delays in delivery are not grounds for order cancellation. We are committed to fulfilling your order and delivering the product as agreed upon.

  6. Shipping Charges:

    • Shipping charges may apply to your order, and they will be clearly stated during the checkout process also .
    • we offer free shipping when order value is above 50 USD and we charge 5 USD  when order value is under 50 USD .These charges cover the cost of packaging, handling, and delivering the product to your designated shipping address.
